Ocean Park Resort is a spacious oceanfront property on the south end of Myrtle Beach managed by Oceana Resorts, and one of the few true pet-friendly resorts on the Grand Strand. The resort accepts dogs under 40 lbs (breed restrictions apply) and provides an on-site dog grooming service and doggie daycare — making it genuinely dog-forward rather than merely tolerant. The suites range from efficiencies to one, two, three, and four-room layouts, all with private oceanfront balconies, fully equipped kitchens, and spacious living areas. Indoor and outdoor pools with a whirlpool overlook the Atlantic, and a fitness and business center serve active and working guests. Golf packages are available for groups. The resort’s south-end location places it close to the Myrtle Beach Airport, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, and Market Common, while its relative quiet makes it a great value alternative to the busier downtown properties.
